Order Fulfillment & Returns
Bleacher Supply Co. was founded on the principle that it shouldn't take 3-5 weeks to receive custom apparel. Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible and exceed your expectations with excellent product quality and customer service support.
We maintain a small inventory of apparel and gear in-house and decorate each item after an order is placed. Our typical processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock items. Most apparel is shipped to us for decoration within 3-5 business days and then delivered to you shortly thereafter.
Water bottles, insulated tumblers and embroidered items may take up 5-10 business days for delivery after purchase due to production and shipping time from the manufacturer.
Some high demand apparel items become back-ordered during the season and we may need to switch to a comparable product to fulfill your order. If a comparable product is not available, we email the customer for input on whether to refund their money, wait for the back-ordered item and/or fulfill with a different color or style item.

Returns & Exchanges

We're happy to answer questions about sizing before purchase. Please note that adult sweatpants and flannel pants tend to run large. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for face masks.
